At South Orange Studios, we believe in providing a seamless and enjoyable photography experience, from start to finish. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our pricing, what’s included, and optional add-ons to enhance your session.
What to Expect Before You Book
We want to make sure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience at South Orange Studios. Please review the following details before booking your session.
1. Booking & Deposit
A %30 deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit goes toward your total balance.
The remaining balance, including any additional image purchases or add-ons, is due on the day of your shoot.
We accept credit/debit cards and cash for payment.
2. Arrival & Session Time
Please arrive on time for your session to ensure you get the full studio experience.
Your session includes up to 1 hour of studio time (excluding proofing time).
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule (a rescheduling fee may apply).
3. During Your Session
We offer on-the-spot proofing, allowing you to select your images immediately after your shoot.
Additional images can be purchased for $25 per photo or $200 for a bundle of 10 extra images.
If you choose the hookah add-on ($30), it will be provided for the duration of your session.
4. Editing & Image Delivery
Selected images will be professionally edited and delivered within 5 business days.
All final images will be digitally delivered.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in a loss of depose of the total session price.
No-call, no-shows forfeit their deposit and must pay a new deposit to rebook.
6. Studio Rules & Policies
No outside photographers are allowed during booked photography sessions.
The studio is a professional space—please treat it with care and respect.
Any damages to equipment or studio property will be the responsibility of the client.

You’ll receive access to a private, immersive online gallery designed for full control and customization.
